Summary

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of developers (frontend, backend, mobile, QA).
Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.
Translate product requirements into technical tasks and team workflows.
Oversee code reviews, best practices, and agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives).
Collaborate with Tech Lead, Product Manager, and QA to prioritize and deliver features.
Support the professional growth of team members through coaching and feedback.
Identify and resolve technical or process bottlenecks.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

5+ years of professional software development experience.
2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
Strong technical background in web/mobile application development (full stack preferred).
Experience with agile methodologies and team/project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to balance technical execution with team management.
Bonus: prior experience in health-tech, AI, or regulated environments.
