Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers (frontend, backend, mobile, QA).
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.
- Translate product requirements into technical tasks and team workflows.
- Oversee code reviews, best practices, and agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives).
- Collaborate with Tech Lead, Product Manager, and QA to prioritize and deliver features.
- Support the professional growth of team members through coaching and feedback.
- Identify and resolve technical or process bottlenecks.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.
- Strong technical background in web/mobile application development (full stack preferred).
- Experience with agile methodologies and team/project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to balance technical execution with team management.
- Bonus: prior experience in health-tech, AI, or regulated environments.
