Summary
We are seeking a skilled Blockchain & Web3 Engineer to support the development of decentralized applications and blockchain-based solutions. This role involves hands-on engineering, system design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and efficient Web3 platforms. The ideal candidate has strong blockchain fundamentals, practical development experience, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Key Responsibilities
Blockchain & Web3 Development
Design, develop, test, and optimize smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps).
Contribute to the architecture of secure, scalable, and high-performance Web3 systems.
Work with blockchain platforms and protocols to implement decentralized solutions.
Collaboration & Integration
Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to integrate blockchain technologies into broader systems.
Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Continuous Learning
Stay up to date with emerging trends in blockchain, Web3, DeFi, and distributed systems.
Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and protocols for potential adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain and Web3 engineering.
Strong experience with smart contract development (e.g., Solidity, Rust, or similar languages).
Proficiency with dApp frameworks, blockchain tooling, and development environments.
Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including decentralization principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment.
