Senior Delivery Manager

Description

Delivery manager required to bring structure, organisation and prioritisation to ongoing product maintenance and improvements for the clients own development teams in the US. 
Client is looking for a lead with delivery management/ product owner experience, with the below experience/ expertise:

• Proven experience leading and inspiring engineering teams with a focus on people development. Resilient in an adaptive environment 
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
• Deep understanding of engineering principles & practices, ideally with a background in data engineering
• Skilled at building trust and creating inclusive team cultures
• Experienced in guiding engineers through development planning and execution working with product mgt
• Comfortable facilitating cross functional collaboration and teams
• Brings frameworks, tools, and practices to strengthen team performance
• Comfortable working with both senior engineers and early career talent

Requirements:

• Delivery Management / Product Ownership. 
• Ability to act as the bridge/ liaison between the business and technical teams. 
• Understanding of Agile/ Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to act as a mentor to upskill other team members.
  

Additional notes:

• Client has gone through a number of mergers and acquisitions, have a range of disparate products and the role is to try and bring some clear oversight and transparency into the Devops lifecycle and Support requests, with clear tracking.
• The client is the construction industry (We are global leaders in delivering essential data-driven insights, shaping the places where people live, work and play).
• This role operates within a company which is undergoing heavy transformation, including major team structure reorganisations and to move away from legacy ways of working into client's desired new ways of working. There is also a lot of stakeholder management required, especially as some of the stakeholders have joined project as part of the M&A process and may be resistant to change and new ideas.
  
  We need someone who is also able to work independently, can thrive in challenging conditions with lots of change, wants to be a driving force as part of that change and has strong stakeholder management skills. 
• The person also needs to be able to work to 7/8pm CET (required)
• Proficient English (Upper-Intermediate+)
  

Interviewing Process

• to be clarified, but for sure there will be a Service Company interview at least 1-2 (might be the client interview as well).

• Ukraine- (Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Rivne, Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Volyn regions) - PE (FOP 3 group):
  
  if you have Ukrainian candidate located in European locations who are ready to work though FOP 3 group - potentially we can consider such talent as well, the budget should be as for Ukraine then. 
• Poland- (B2B) - Polish PE (sole proprietorship) registered in Poland is needed (Please note that Sp. z o.o. does NOT work for us).
