Project Description

This proposal outlines critical activities for enhancing the platform serving 2,000 athletes.

Immediate action is needed to stabilize the Flutter app and its backend and improve feature sets.

The focus is evaluating the technology stack, assessing code quality, prioritizing critical bugs, and defining the scope for future enhancements.

Code Audit Deliverables

The engineer will provide a comprehensive Code Audit Report, including:

Detailed findings, assessments, and recommendations from a development perspective.
Highlights of the most critical issues identified.
Analysis of code quality and structure, focusing on readability, modularity, performance, and security.
Recommendations on the effects of new features on the system.
Overview of current technical debt and suggestions for reduction and prioritization.
