The platform has evolved from a software consulting and team augmentation business,  founded in 2015 by the effort of Yaroslav Kuntsevych, an experienced software engineering executive and businessman.

Upstaff is incorporated in London, UK, with offices and delivery facilities in Paris (France), Valencia (Spain) and Manheim (Germany), Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv (Ukraine), leveraging partnerships with over 3000 expert individuals and companies in Europe, Americas and Asia.
