Full Stack JavaScript Engineer for AI Platform

About the company

A managed AI delivery platform designed for enterprises to rapidly deploy custom AI agents and workflows within days rather than months. The platform utilizes a "results-first" commercial model, charging only once solutions are functional, and offers a modular architecture featuring the Knowledge Fabric, Blueprints, and the Framery.

The role

This is a hands-on implementation engineering position. You'll work on deploying, configuring, and integrating the platform for enterprise clients, translating their requirements into working solutions, deployed at client's infrastructures. The role sits between product engineering and customer success: technically deep, but with awareness of real-world client needs.

You'll collaborate closely with platform engineers and business teams, occasionally joining business discussions to clarify technical requirements or explain implementation details.

What you'll work on

• Implementing and configuring platform deployments for enterprise customers
• Building integrations between the platform and client systems
• Working with internal teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Contributing to implementation tooling, documentation, and repeatable deployment processes
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues during and after deployment
• Occasionally, participating in client calls to gather requirements or provide technical guidance

Must-Haves:

1. 7+ years as a Full-stack Engineer (Problem solver, for problem-maker) Ability to work independently and manage multiple implementation workstreams
2. Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript (understanding Node.js under the hood, optimization, performance)
3. Computer Science Education + Computer Science fundamentals to proactively supervise AI development (Education, Understanding Algorithms and data structures such as linked lists, binary trees, Big O notation).
4. Systems design, architecture, and experience building apps from scratch. Experience in contributing to a platform (ideally CRM, ERP, CMS) to with basic functionality and configuring custom implementations. Ability to argue on computer science, programming patterns, languages, and approaches
5. Clear communication skills - comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to explain what you have achieved in previous projects.
6. Enterprise, SAAS, and Startup projects (Enterprise for complex and hierarchical teams, SAAS for responsibilities and full-cycle engagements, + owning features, and Startups for fast-paced speeds and approach).
7. PostgreSQL/similar RDBMS and general data modeling knowledge. CS fundamentals (Normal forms, normalization, and optimization). DB optimization (not only indexes, but also an approach from monitoring to many other layers).
8. Vue.js - understanding of pros and cons comparing to other front-end frameworks. Commercial projects.
9. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and multi-cloud exposure is valuable

Nice to haves

1. Prize-winning places at programming olympiads (IOI, ICPC, Google Code Jam, Facebook Hacker Cup) or regional competitions. High rating on coding platforms: LeetCode (Knight+ or 2000+ rating), HackerRank (Gold+), Codeforces (Expert+ or 1900+ rating). Participation in hackathons with a focus on algorithmic problems (for example, victories at HackMIT, AngelHack).
2. Experience with AI platforms or AI/LLM integration
3. Experience in iGaming
4. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
5. Contributing to open-source projects
