We are looking for experienced and talented people who can manage large-scale Google Ads campaigns, “person of numbers” to manage clients' campaigns for 1-2 million US$ / month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Google Ads search campaigns with $1-2 million monthly budgets.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Analyze numbers, compare data, and conduct cohort analysis to improve results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Google Ads and search campaign management.
- Location: Europe, ability to travel, spend a month in Israel, clients Tel-Aviv offices
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with numbers.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, internal PowerBI, and other analysis tools.
- Emphasis on analytical skills, business sense, and potential for management roles.
