Summary
We are looking for a CRM Implementation Specialist or hands-on Manager with solid HubSpot knowledge for an international B2B agency providing marketing and branding services and consulting for International clients.
- This is a hands-on, customer-facing, fully remote position firmly focused on HubSpot CRM implementation customization and integration
- HubSpot ecosystem knowledge and sales and marketing operations experience are required
- B2B long-term contract with a full-time or part-time option.
- Rate range: $3000-4000/month gross for a full-time
The ideal candidate should have
- 3 or more years of experience with HubSpot
- client-facing experience managing projects, expectations, and outcomes for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Excellent English in both speaking and writing.
- HubSpot Certifications would be a strong advantage.
Project Description
We are looking for a HubSpot Implementation Expert for a certified HubSpot Diamond Solutions Partner, providing global marketing and brand management for B2B and Tech companies.
The position is client-facing, besides Hubspot set up and customization you will be leading internal meetings, providing ongoing client support, and documenting procedures.
This role combines technical expertise with client relationship management to deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and sales processes, set up software systems, and integrate tools such as Salesforce, Zoom, Zapier, and more.
- Automate and optimize processes across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Serve as the primary contact for HubSpot projects and client support.
- Build strong client relationships and customize solutions to meet their business needs.
- Lead HubSpot onboarding and ensure successful implementation.
- Configure workflows, custom fields, and data processes.
- Create reports, dashboards, and data monitoring systems.
- Provide training sessions on HubSpot functionalities, best practices, and usage tips.
- Offer ongoing client support, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and helping optimize HubSpot usage.
- Support third-party tool integrations and data migrations.
- Manage project plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Identify upselling opportunities and offer ongoing optimization recommendations.
- Stay current on HubSpot updates and share insights with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and HubSpot employees to deliver successful projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with HubSpot implementation and CRM management.
- Knowledge of inbound marketing and the HubSpot ecosystem.
- Client-facing experience managing projects, expectations, and outcomes for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing and sales funnels and Lifecycle management
- Strong project management, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- A proactive approach to process improvement.
- HubSpot Certifications - advantage.
- Excellent English in both speaking and writing.
- Beyond basic level Excel capabilities.
- BA/BSc in related fields.
