Job Description

What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end implementations, including discovery, planning, configuration, data migration, and go-live.
Work closely with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
Create and maintain key project deliverables such as implementation plans, data schemas, migration guides, architecture diagrams, and configuration documentation.
Manage timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve delivery processes and overall customer experience.

What we’re looking for

3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, project management, or similar client-facing roles.
Experience working with CRM, marketing, or customer engagement platforms.
Strong understanding of data flows, integrations, and system design.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to have

Experience with marketing automation or multi-channel communication (e.g., email, SMS, mobile).
Background in enterprise implementations.
Experience with data modeling, migrations, and technical documentation.
