About the Role
As a Ruby Developer, you will lead efforts to architect and maintain efficient and reusable systems that power complex applications across the stack. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver user-facing products of the highest quality. Your role will also include creating tools for instrumentation, monitoring, and alerting to ensure scalability and availability during peak traffic times and implementing solutions to maximize uptime.

Requirements and Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails (Rails 4/5)
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, complexity analysis)
- A minimum of four years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- A systematic approach to debugging and problem-solving
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience in leading development teams and driving complex projects
- Familiarity with instrumentation, monitoring, and alerting tools for maintaining system scalability and uptime during peak traffic times.
