Project Description

We're seeking a Senior Networking Automation QA Engineer to join our team and build world-leading software for professional network equipment and devices, including routers, switches, adaptors, and embedded systems.

Responsibilities

You will design and implement a Python-based test automation framework for networking products such as switches, routers, and network packet brokers.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate test automation into the development process, addressing issues promptly.
Align test automation strategies with customer needs.

Requirements

Experience in the networking industry, specifically with configuration of switches and routers.
In-depth understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and architectures, including L2/L3 and protocols like ARP, VLAN, STP, IGMP, BGP, SNMP etc.
Experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with a focus on test automation and scripting.
Proficiency in Python and experience with other scripting languages.
Experience with network testing and monitoring tools, like Spirent and Ixia.
Knowledge of Git and Docker.
