Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of complex, AI-driven systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and AI teams to identify risks early and maintain high standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive quality assurance processes across evolving product domains.
Perform manual testing of complex features, including backend services, APIs, databases, and user-facing workflows.
Analyze system behavior to identify edge cases and validate end-to-end scenarios.
Work closely with developers and product stakeholders to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
Investigate production issues and ensure proper validation and regression coverage.

Technical and Professional Skills:

4+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on manual testing.
Technical background with the ability to understand systems, APIs, and debug complex workflows.
Experience testing web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
Ownership and leadership in QA processes within a team or domain.
Experience working in fast-paced, product-oriented environments (startup experience is a plus).
Experience using AI tools to support test creation and testing processes.

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI/ML or LLM-based systems.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks.
Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud environments.
Experience testing complex integrations or data-intensive systems.
