We are looking for a content creator who can clearly and attractively describe developers as a product, as well as our services and solutions.
Ideally, a person with personal content/overviews of products and services, with an existing audience.
- It is important to have good English, a sense of structure and the ability to explain complex things simply.
- A portfolio, your own blog or channel (or experience creating content for a company) will be a big plus.
- Everything else - tools, format, processes - we will help build together.

- We work at the intersection of IT, recruiting and technology, creating tools and content that help companies find the right engineers and specialists - interesting projects.
- We are currently looking for a Content Creator to help build Upstaff's public expertise through videos, podcasts and content about IT products, services and tools.
Your role
- You will be responsible for creating video and text content in English:
- product reviews, podcasts, interviews, educational and promotional formats for YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.\
- This role is for someone who feels comfortable in the frame, understands the IT context and can independently lead content from idea to publication.
Responsibilities
- Creating video reviews of IT products, services and tools, engineer profiles
- Participating in recording and hosting podcasts (audio / video)
- Writing scripts for videos and podcasts
- Preparing text content in English (reviews, articles, video descriptions)
- Basic video editing:
- inserts
- logos
- text
- subtitles
- Publishing and promoting content (YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit)
- Content effectiveness analysis (views, engagement, basic analytics)
Requirements (mandatory)
- Experience creating video reviews of IT products / services / tools
- Experience hosting podcasts (audio or video)
- Confident English - written and spoken
- Comfortable working in the frame, ability to clearly and confidently convey thoughts
- Basic video editing skills
- Experience writing content in English (articles, reviews, scripts)
- Independence in work and ability to plan tasks without micromanagement
- Basic understanding of IT topics (technologies, tools, trends)
Will be a big plus (+)
- Own blog or channel (with link and number of subscribers) or experience in content management for a company
- Experience working with editing tools:
- Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding SEO for content and YouTube algorithms
- Experience in promoting content on social networks
- Experience in interviewing experts in the IT field
- Working with recording tools: OBS, Riverside, Zoom
- Graphic design skills for thumbnails (Canva, Photoshop)
