- Remote work. It is ideal to be able to visit the EU (Belgium) for 1-4 weeks for intensive study, but this depends on your travel opportunities and experience.

The client, a big European refrigeration technology engineering company, is looking for a qualified HVAC engineer. Do you have technical insight, preferably in the refrigeration sector, and can you work smoothly with technical drawing / BIM software?
The job has 2 options:
Remote. The candidate should have a possibility to visit EU for 1-4 weeks for intensive training, but it depends on your level
On-site full time employment/contract in EU
Your duties will be:
- Visiting objects to collect information, assess the scope of works and materials.
- You have close contact with your colleagues: calculators, sales, purchasing, co-work planners and site managers and you work together with them on great achievements.
Co-designing refrigeration projects
You convert the concepts into implementation plans and/or diagrams and determine and select components and materials needed for the project. You verify the technical principles used during the sale and provide feedback where necessary.
You work with our ERP package every day and monitor everything closely.
- Identification and selection of components and materials required for the project.
- Development of preliminary projects and calculations, for use in the sales process, providing feedback where necessary. Performing calculations and checking within your project team.
- Work with professional engineering software, as well as the company's ERP system.
- Development of other design and operational documentation.
Requirements:
Industrial engineering expertise with commercial project experience
Strong technical background and a thorough knowledge of HVAC and/or similar domains in engineering (can be mechanical engineering)
Autocad or similar software is a must, Revit and/or Stabicad are a nice plus,
Eplan group/or any software https://www.eplan-software.com/ is an advantage too.
Good written and spoken English
A relevant BA/MA or specialist degree, such as electromechanics, or equivalent.
The client provides the necessary training to get started with our internal systems.
