Summary
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or administration;
- Proven Level 2 or Level 3 support experience in production environments;

Role Overview
As a Senior DevOps Engineer (Citrix), you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Citrix environments to support large-scale global operations. The role involves ensuring system scalability, security, and performance optimization. You will collaborate with network, security, and architecture teams while supporting business users and mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, deploy, and manage Citrix environments (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops);
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize Citrix platforms through upgrades, patches, and performance tuning;
- Develop and implement automation solutions to improve operational efficiency;
- Provide Level 2 support for Citrix-related incidents and resolve complex technical issues;
- Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards;
- Mentor junior engineers and share best practices;
- Collaborate with network, security, and architecture teams on technical planning;
- Communicate effectively with management and customers regarding escalations and recommendations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or systems administration;
- Strong technical background in Citrix infrastructure management;
- Prior experience providing Level 2 or Level 3 technical support;
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V) or Citrix Certified Expert (CCE-V) preferred;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team;
- English - Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
