Project Description
We are looking for a Senior Optimisation Analyst with Celonis experience for a Research-Based biopharmaceutical company.
You will lead efforts on on-boarding new business teams onto our BPM platform, support training and certification of new users, and support process mapping/modeling and process optimization efforts for strategic projects to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities will include collaborating with the Process Optimization Director on the direction of our BPM strategy and framework, managing our BPM framework, methodologies, modeling standards, governance, and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience with BPMN 2.0 and modeling standards is mandatory;
- Experience in at least one of the following BPM applications is mandatory: BIC, Bizagi, ARIS, Nimbus, and/or Signavio
- Experience in revamping processes from a holistic point of view, but also willing to work on it at on an operational level: e.g., the onboarding process of a new user – contribute rethinking the process on how to enhance it but also help on the actual onboard backlog
- Solid understanding of process modeling techniques, tools, frameworks, and standards.
- Strong experience in at least one BPM platform (e.g., BIC, Bizagi, ARIS, Nimbus, and/or Signavio etc.)
- Ability to map, model, and document end-to-end business processes.
- Analysing and designing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Sound knowledge of business process modeling tools and /or architectural blueprints (e.g., ARIS).
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work at pace, handling multiple tasks & projects at one time
- Comfortable with working virtually in a global environment
- Proficiency in English
Nice to haves
- Experience in various related BPM capabilities such as Process/Task Mining, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code automation, BPM, and workflow tools.
- Experience and proven results of change projects within the Pharma industry
- Experience of working in Agile methodology
