Project Description

We have lots of dashboards but they are built by self-learners… and I need gurus.
Data connectors – using Excel, Alteryx, and all sorts. There are strong beliefs that Tableau can’t help here.
Very little auto-refreshed dashboard – eg refreshed every minute/hour/day etc. Seems very manual
Most designers are using Desktop and the Bank’s setup is unclear.
IT Architects are generalists and so don’t understand Tableau and overthink the problem
Very little belief in how easy Tableau is if you know how… I know but can’t do… so need some help from people who know and can do.
Zero design on the best ways to build dashboards – they al look like Excel or Powerpoint (at best)
