About client

Real Estate Sector. Products mainly targeted for internal needs (employees and partner companies use).

Client investor/owner services and products are: capital markets – including investment sales and commercial mortgage brokerage, debt placement, equity raising, structured finance and third-party loan sales – landlord representation, valuation and advisory, property management, business rates, consulting advisory services, GSE and FHA (multifamily lending and loan servicing) and owner’s space with flexible workspace.

Candidate

We are looking for a strong developer/engineer who works with Excel using libraries like EPPlus/XlWings, etc. Candidate must be robust with Visual Basic for applications as well.

Plan to onboard this resource sometime in mid-January.

Duration - to be clarified, preliminary from 3month+
Interviewing Process - to be clarified
Location - EU+Ukraine
Timezone: + 6h overlap with USA working hours are required
