Project Description
We are looking for a Process Mining Consultant with Celonis experience for a Research-Based bio-pharmaceutical company.
As a Process mining consultant, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining process mining solutions that uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop process mining solutions that extract and analyze data from various systems and data sources.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective data models, workflows, and dashboards.
- Develop and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from different sources into process mining tools.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure process data quality, completeness, and accuracy.
- Perform data cleaning, normalization, and validation tasks to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Create and maintain data visualizations and reports communicating process performance metrics and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend actionable insights.
- Lead the technical implementation of a process mining project and deal with stakeholders with effective communication and autonomy.
- Strong Business Analysis Skills to complement the technical side.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the process mining tool Celonis
- Bachelor's or Master's in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Process Mining, Data Mining, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Problem solver. Someone willing to work at the cutting edge to innovate new solutions within this space and Adapt to changing complex requirements.
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and/or R.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
- Experience in ETL, data integration, and data management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in building data models for systems with no out-of-the-box connectors/pre-built apps
Nice to haves
- Experience working on the business analysis side and gathering/translating requirements for development
- If you have experience in implementing multi-event log processes or OCPM, this would be an advantage.
- You have been involved in building assets for the Celonis marketplace.
- Experience with connecting with SAP Business by Design
