Role Overview
As a Senior Product Owner, you will manage the product backlog, prioritize UX/UI improvements, and ensure alignment of product development with customer needs and company strategy. You will act as a hybrid PO and UX/UI designer, collaborating with frontend developers and stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Own and refine the product backlog;
- Prioritize and drive UX/UI uplift initiatives;
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure design feasibility;
- Work with stakeholders to understand customer needs and align product vision;
- Support development teams during sprints with clarifications and feedback.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years in product ownership or management;
- Proven experience in UX/UI design and usability testing;
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Fluent German (must-have, preferably native);
- Ability to balance business priorities, user needs, and technical constraints.
