Role Overview
We are looking for a Middle Salesforce Developer to join a technology team responsible for delivering strategic projects, platform enhancements, and change requests across a Salesforce environment.
The role involves supporting multiple business functions and contributing to Salesforce development, integrations, automation, system quality, and continuous improvement. The developer will work closely with technical and business stakeholders and contribute to maintaining a scalable and well-governed Salesforce platform.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Build and maintain secure integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using REST, SOAP, Bulk API, and other integration patterns.
- Develop and maintain complex Salesforce Flows and process automations, balancing declarative and programmatic solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
- Work with version control and CI/CD processes to support reliable deployments and change management.
- Maintain technical documentation, system audit evidence, and records related to integrations and customizations.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders on requirements, solutions, and delivery.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and Salesforce administrators.
- Contribute to platform architecture, code quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Certifications
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer, System Architect, or Application Architect certification would be a strong plus.
