Responsibilities:
- Providing technical solutions for new projects.
As a DevOps team we meet the different development teams and discuss what technologies and tools they are using and try to find solutions that match their requirements and can be automated - Designing and implementing DevSecOps solutions for Microsoft systems such as DMS and Appian Apps.
I have designed and implemented some solutions from scratch as a DevOps Engineer, So i have
designed a workflows and diagrams with detailed document descrip the full process to the other
teams.
building pipelines from scratch using only one JTE solution which help in reducing the steps redundency and make it declarative. - Setting up, supporting, and integrating DevSecOps tools such as Jenkins, Jfrog, Ansible Tower, JIRA,Confluence, GitHub-Enterprise, LDAP and SonarQube.
treating with tools from the administration side to make it more efficiant and secure by applying restrictions and permissions on users and applications.
integration between tools in secure mode by using trusted certificates. - Bach and PowerShell scripting.
scripting is usefull every where in taking place of repeated and much manual tasks - Developing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Ansible, Helm charts, and GitHub. using groovy to code config files and libraries steps
- Deploying and troubleshooting issues with containerized applications on OpenShift.
deployed apps on openshift sometimes fail so i had to troublshoot some. - Providing consultations for development teams using the containerized infrastructure.
i was creating some docker files to run containers as a nodes in jenkins, that we can use in the pipelines stages - Providing support for testing teams by setting up test automation tools for web and mobile applications.
- As we are working with agile model i used to be asigned in projects and delevier it separatly.
- Integration between LDAP administration tool and the other DevOps Tools give me a chanse to automate some processes using apps APIs and ansible
