Project Description:The Check Trusty project focuses on building a reliable, user-friendly platform that connects individuals (homeowners) with verified contractors for a wide range of household and professional services. The platform prioritises ease of use and trust-building to ensure a seamless experience for both service providers and customers. 

Responsibilities: 

• System Architecture Definition 
• Designed and implemented the back-end architecture using Laravel, ensuring modularity, scalability, and secure role-based access across the platform. 
• Business Logic Implementation - Developed the core logic for expert onboarding, profile verification, service categorisation, and reputation tracking to ensure that only trusted professionals are featured. 
• Customised Laravel Nova Admin Panel 
  • Configured a role-based Laravel Nova dashboard tailored for internal admin users. 
  • Enabled full CRUD operations for managing trusted expert profiles, including verification status, area of service, offered services, case studies, and client reviews. 
  • Implemented review management and approval workflows, allowing admins to moderate and publish client feedback. 
  • Built a service categories tree, supporting multi-level subcategorisation and allowing services to be delisted or disabled by admins. 
• Virtual Phone Number Integration - Integrated Zen to assign virtual phone numbers to experts, enabling secure and anonymised communication between experts and users. 
• WhatsApp Integration - Connected the platform to the WhatsApp Business API to support automated communications, including onboarding prompts, verification messages, and expert notifications. 
• Expert Registration Intake & CRM Integration - Developed a “Register Interest” flow that collects expert applications and routes them into Jira, which is used as the internal CRM to track and manage onboarding requests.

A number of projects that are all made for support of one e-wallet product. 

Responsibilities: 

• Most of the tasks are support for existing functionality (editing, changing, fixing bugs - both minor and critical), as well as developing new functionality (routes / modules / individual microservices) within the framework of many projects (the total number of projects in git exceeds 20), there was a lot of work with very specific legacy code. 
• Some projects had only a couple of tasks (access to the projects was provided gradually, as we worked on current tasks), in the main projects, work was carried out throughout the entire period of time. 
• The last major task was to develop functionality for administering categories and services (previously, a temporary service was created for them, which is currently outdated).

Project Description:Implemented the tool within a ready-made WP project that allows you to fill out and submit a step-by-step form. Project Description:The project includes a WP site and an Android application. As part of the work completed on the WP site, improvements were made to the theme implementation, visual aspect, as well as a continuous heuristic analysis to identify problems with Google Analytics after migration to Google Analytics 4. All Google Analytics problems were successfully eliminated.
