Website owner (hereinafter — Platform), represented by the Platform Administration (hereinafter – Administration), assumes the obligation to protect confidential information and personal data of Customers and Performers (hereinafter – Platform Participants).
1.DEFINITIONS
1.1 Platform participants are all registered users who can be both customers and performers at the same time. The platform participants have confidential information and personal data that they transmit to the Administration during the registration and operation of the Platform.
1.2 Administration is a party receiving confidential information and personal data from the Platform Participants during the operation of the Platform.
1.3 Confidential information is non-public information that is disclosed by the Platform Administration Participants. The information does not necessarily have a privacy label, but is considered as such by its content. Information that is publicly accessible or received by the Administration prior to registration of the Platform Participant on the Platform will not be considered confidential.
1.4 Personal data is any information that can identify the Platform Participant. This data includes: full name, e-mail, date of birth, place of residence, phone number.
1.5 Database is a collection of Confidential Information and Personal Data of all Platform Participants.
1.GENERAL
The Platform Administration receives confidential information and personal data in order to 1) give the Platform Member access to the Platform’s functions, as well as information posted on the Platform 2) provide communications to the Platform Participants among themselves, provide support to participants of the Platform to solve their problems in the operation of the Platform.
2.DATA COLLECTION AND USAGE
2.1 We use a number of third-party services to collect website usage data. these include Google and Microsoft services. These services are listed (see More Information) and opt-out preferences are present.
2.2 We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. 3.NOTICE
3.1 The unregistered visitors of the Platform are notified and agree that the Administration collects information such as URL’s, IP addresses and other information available for collection when visiting the Platform. The administration undertakes to use such information only to optimize the operation of the Platform.
3.2 The administration uses only such confidential information and personal data of the Platform Participants that are needed to provide the Platform services. Any information cannot be transferred to third parties without the consent of the Platform Participants. An exception can only be cases provided by law.
3.3 The administration stores confidential information and personal data as long as necessary for the provision of services, unless otherwise contradicted by the legislation of Ukraine.
3.4 Platform Participants always have access to their confidential information and personal data.
4.OBLIGATIONS
4.1 Platform members undertake to provide only reliable data.
4.2 Platform Administration undertakes to:
use confidential information and personal data only for the operation of the Platform;
not to provide confidential information to a third party in cases provided by law;
not to use confidential information and personal data for purposes that are not described in clause 1.1 of this document “Privacy Policy”;
provide access to confidential information and personal data to a limited number of Platform employees who will sign a binding agreement on non-disclosure and non-use of such information;
immediately inform the Platform Participant about the cases of using or disclosing confidential information and personal data;
destroy any confidential information and personal data at the first request of the Platform Participant, without any objections.
5.FINAL PROVISIONS
5.1 The Platform Participants Database is created by the Platform Administration for internal use only and must be properly protected. The Platform Administration undertakes to provide all necessary protection measures, but is not liable if third parties have access to the Database, taking illegal actions.
5.2 By deleting the account, the Platform Participant receives confirmation that his personal data has also been deleted.
